   Patrick is Manager for Industry and Health Policy at ZLB Behring and has been in the position since June 2001. In his capacity, Patrick represents ZLB Behring on Capitol Hill advocating on behalf of a wide range of access to care issues. From time to time, Patrick is also required to represent ZLB Behring before State legislators and municipal bodies. Prior to joining ZLB Behring, Patrick was the Director of Government Relations at the National Hemophilia Association from 1997-2001. His chief accomplishments during this time included a principle role in the passage and funding of the $750 million Rickey Ray Hemophilia Relief Trust Fund and the creation of the Patient Notification System.

   Prior to joining Aventis Behring, which was merged into ZLB Behring in 2004, Patrick served as Director of Government Relations for the National Hemophilia Foundation (1997-2001). His chief accomplishments during this time included a principal role in the Congressional passage and funding of the $750 million Ricky Ray Hemophilia Relief Trust Fund and the creation of the Patient Notification System.
   
   A native of New York, Patrick served in the administration of Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, as well as on the staff of a New York State Senator.

   Patrick earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from St. John's University in Jamaica, New York and currently resides in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania.
