   Mr. Collins' prior business experience began with CB Richard Ellis in 1980 in sales and marketing activities with a focus in office building leasing, followed by major landlord and institutional representation, then acquisition and disposition of investment properties. He became Managing Officer of CB Richard Ellis' Bakersfield Office in 1995, and was named Managing Director in April of 1998, for the newly created Southern California region.In his management role he led the Bakersfield Team to record activity and achievements.He has led and participated on many teams in strategically executing plans and achieving goals for a wide variety of clients.Consistently a top producer in his market, he also achieved national recognition receiving The Colbert Coldwell Circle award for top producers nationwide.

   Patrick Collins is owner of Bicycle Station, a retail bicycle and exercise equipment store also featuring service and repair.
   
   Collins graduated from high school in Cheyenne and attended the University of Wyoming studying business and communications.

   During that time, Collins served as regional manager for eight bicycle stores.He opened his own shop, Bicycle Station in the Cheyenne Plaza in 1991.
   
   In December 1998, Collins moved Bicycle Station to a new building he designed and had built on Dell Range Boulevard.
   
   Collins serves on the Board of Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming, Greenway Technical Review Committee and is president of Forward Cheyenne.He is an active member of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, is a 1998 Leadership Cheyenne graduate, and recently received the National Distinguished Leadership Award.He was elected to a four year term on the Cheyenne City Council in November of 2000.
   
   Formerly, he served as president of the Board of Cheyenne Child Care and worked with Help Me Grow Safe Kids.
