   Throughout his career, Collins has demonstrated a keen knowledge of persuasive and effective integrated marketing solutions that leverage good-will branding, particularly in areas linking technology to education.
   
   Prior to founding Fresh Fish Properties and UgeniusU Media, Collins served as vice president of Stamats Communications, the nation's leading marketing communications firm specializing in educational clients representation, Web site development and market research. Collins also has an extensive background in broadcast television marketing and public relations, an expertise that he acquired as an account executive for Frank N. Magid Associates and as senior public relations director for the Iowa Secretary of State.
   
   Early in his career, Collins served as co-founder and vice president for new business acquisitions at Agenda Communications, a start-up, Chicago public relations firm specializing in public policy, political campaigns and issues management. Agenda was later acquired by the MWW Group of East Rutherford, New Jersey.
   
   Apart from his business interests, Collins enjoys studying philosophy primarily from the works of Kant, Plato, Aguinas, and Augustine. A golfer since the age of four, Collins made a hole-in-one at age 12, and is still looking for a repeat performance.
