   Nicholas Collins, ControllerMr. Collins is responsible for all finance, accounting, cash management and human resources aspects of Teratech.He has over 15 years of financial and operational experience with publicly traded companies and technology start-ups.Before joining Terason, Mr. Collins was the Controller of Cogentric, a privately-held software company where he managed finance, accounting and investor relations.Previously, Mr. Collins was Director of Finance for LocatePlus, a publicly-traded technology company where he was responsible for all finance and accounting matters.Prior to that he spent ten years with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing audit services for technology companies.
   
   Mr. Collins holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from Northeastern University.He is a CPA and member of the AICPA.
