Mike Collins

Mike Collins , B.A. , is a Consultant and Project Coordinator for the Center.Prior to joining the Center , Mike was an internal consultant with Ameritech , where he developed and maintained valid and fair selection systems , evaluated training programs , and conducted job analysis.In addition , Mike was a consultant for another Chicago-based consulting firm , where he developed and validated selection systems for clients that included paper-and-pencil testing and structured interviewing , and conducted job analysis.Mike is completing his Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology , and has completed coursework toward a Ph.D..
