   Michael Walter Collins, recently of Morro Bay and a psychiatric social worker at Atascadero State Hospital, had told Morro Bay police Sunday night that he was worried he might harm himself, police said.
   
   He first called the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department, which referred the call to Morro Bay police because Collins lived in Morro Bay.
