Michael Collins speaks out....
"I will support legislation which will promote the delivery of health care, including prescription drugs to those people who can least afford it.My work with the Alleghany Highlands Free Clinic proves much can be done efficiently and cost effectively at the local level.
"Our schools must be safe to function and provide quality education to our children. In order to accomplish this goal we need to bring our teachers, school administration, law enforcement, parents, government, and our church leaders into a joint effort. Also, I believe that localities deserve the right to spend their lottery proceeds on education as they were promised.
