MICHAEL COLLINS joined the Company on March 22, 2004 as president.Mr. Collins will oversee all new business development, including mergers, acquisitions and capital markets efforts.In addition, it is anticipated that he will be approved as a director of the Company at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.Prior to joining Sutter, Michael spent the last 10 years advising companies and private equity investors on mergers, acquisitions ("M&A") and related transactions.Most recently, he was a director at SG Cowen Securities Corporation, where he served as the head of Consumer M&A.Before SG Cowen, Michael was an M&A specialist at Robertson Stephens and practiced law for several years at the firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where he represented leading private equity funds in all aspects of their business.Mr. Collins holds a JD from the Columbia University School of Law and a BA from Stanford University.

Michael is a Director in the Consumer Investment Banking group at SG Cowen Securities Corporation.During his nine years as an investment banker and lawyer, Michael has advised many leading companies and private equity investors in all facets of their business and has developed a strong expertise in complex, highly-structured transactions including leveraged recapitalizations and strategic joint ventures in addition to more traditional financings and acquisitions.Prior to joining SG Cowen, Michael began his investment banking career in the M&A group at Robertson Stephens and practiced as an attorney with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis.Between undergraduate and law school, Michael was a member of the U.S. National Cycling Team and coached the Stanford University Cycling Team.Michael holds a BA from Stanford University and a JD from the Columbia University School of Law.
