Martin R. Collins serves as eOnline's Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects and brings over 35 years of management experience including extensive experience in international operations and mergers and acquisitions.Prior to March 2000, he served as eOnline's Chief Financial Officer.Mr. Collins has consulted in international logistics for The Gap.He ran the Asia/Pacific Operations for Circle International, a global logistics provider.Mr. Collins was also Chief Financial Officer at Circle where he was involved in growing the company from 35 domestic offices to 350 offices around the world.He led the company to a successful initial public offering.Mr. Collins also performed numerous acquisitions.

Mr. Collins has also served in a senior management position at Fritz Companies, a global logistics provider with nearly one billion dollars in revenue.Among other accomplishments, he helped structure a leveraged recapitalization, completed numerous acquisitions, and started a number of international operations.

Previously in his career, he was in financial management at Airwest, an international airline.At Airwest, he helped integrate the accounting following the merger of 3 carriers.Mr. Collins is a Certified Public Accountant.
