   Mr. Collins has been a C.P.A. for over 20 years during which time his career has included chief financial officer roles in both public and private companies and managerial roles with an international public accounting firm. For the five years prior to joining Cottonwood Partners, Mr. Collins was Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded (NYSE) real estate investment trust company.

He plays a key role in arranging all of the financing, accounting and analytical aspects of the company's various projects.

   M. SCOTT COLLINS has served as Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since May 1997. From November 1992 through May 1997, Mr. Collins served as Vice President-Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Park City Group, Inc. (a software development company). Prior to his employment with Park City Group, Mr. Collins worked as a senior manager for Price Waterhouse where he was also involved with the real estate industry.
