   Larry W. Collins, MBA, FACHE, Diplomat AAMA EMhc Business Advisor, is a nationally known management consultant. Mr. Collins specializes in executive management, strategic planning, operations management/business planning, and strategic information systems planning. He has held senior management positions in diverse health care organizations and has led task forces, boards and community organizations through times of significant change. He is nationally known as a speaker and published author in the fields of health care management and information systems technology. Mr. Collins has over 30 years experience in the direction of a full range of health care services. During that time he has held positions as senior executive of full service acute care hospitals, senior services organizations and corporate information technology for large healthcare systems. He has also owned and operated a successful health care information systems consulting firm. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the University of Indianapolis. He is a member of several professional organizations, and was the founding President of the American College of Healthcare Information Administrators. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Diplomat in the American Academy of Medical Administrators and a Certified Systems Professional. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the American Academy of Medical Administrators.
