   Larry was with the nation's largest retailer for five years as a division manager, overseeing all aspects of buying, merchandising, and operations for eight departments, as well as working in the company's credit central operations. He then joined Andersen Consulting (nee Accenture) for 7-1/2 years working as a consultant in the healthcare, advanced systems, and oil and gas sectors. He then joined an oil and gas client as Director of M.I.S. where he worked for two years before being recruited to join a new start-up oil and gas company doing oil and gas acquisitions, overhead costs, human resources and the company's benefit programs.
   
   He worked for a global information systems and management consultancy for eight years and helped establish their offices in Asia-Pacific. His role as a Vice President of Operations covered the entire Asia-Pacific region, with offices in five countries and projects in three more, including Australia. As a member of the Executive Management team his portfolio of responsibilities covered proposal and contract approval, legal, information systems, human resources, quality (ISO), and training, as well as responsibility for specific service offerings.
   
   Larry's systems, quality, and contracts background makes him detail oriented and his business and start-up experience bring a degree of practicality. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and an MBA from Baylor University.
