   Collins pled guilty Tuesday to the indictment against her, which included two counts of theft in office and one count of grand theft.
   
   Her thefts consisted of advertising non-existent academic books on the Internet for sale, buying the fictitious items with a P-card, and collecting the money for the sale.

   In exchange for Collins' plea, the Athens County Prosecutor's office agreed to ask for three years at the most, following a pre-sentence investigation, and also to "stand silent" - i.e., make no recommendation either way - if Collins asks for judicial release from prison after 180 days.
   
   Collins has also agreed, as part of her plea bargain, to make restitution of over $42,400 to OU, more than $30,000 of which she has promised to pay at sentencing, Warren said.
   
   Collins, 27, of MacArthur, once served as Parks' administrative assistant. OU fired her in late 2005, for allegedly falsifying time sheets and forging her superiors' signatures on documents. These offenses were unrelated to the thefts for which she was later indicted.
