KELLER , Texas – The Keller ISD Board of Trustees has promoted Kenneth Collins to head coach of the Keller High School's tennis team. Collins is moving from Keller Middle School , where he taught tennis and physical education.
Ken will be a real asset to the tennis program at Keller High School , said Keller ISD Director of Athletics Bob DeJonge. He has the skills both to develop high school athletes and to recruit middle school students into the tennis program..
Collins already has involved U.S. Tennis Association professionals in clinics for some Keller ISD elementary schools. In addition to his responsibilities at Keller Middle School , Collins has been assisting with the high school's tennis team.
