Kathleen K. Collins is the vice president of human resources for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, a 125-year-old, statewide, multisite organization.Collins has 10 years of human resources generalist experience focused heavily on employee relations.She is also responsible for compensation, benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training, safety and volunteers.Collins founded the Association for Non-Profit Human Resources Professionals in 1995, an organization that provides a forum for human resources professionals at nonprofit organizations to share their talents, information and resources.She received her MBA from Bentley College and her BS from Stonehill College.
