In his six years with O'Neill Homes, Joe has risen from Superintendent to Field Manager to his role today as Production Manager. His responsibilities include product development, vendor criteria and selection. He is also charged with meeting the company's goals of forming true partnerships with our vendors, suppliers and manufacturers through vendor programs and initiatives. Joe was instrumental in creating the critical path that is utilized today in O'Neill Homes' fully integrated software system. It was Joe's idea to put the Field Manager who constructs your home in charge of the warranty period too, eliminating the continual handoff of the responsibility from one department to another.
