John Collins is our General Manager for the Florida Region.Mr. Collins has over 6 years of project/program management experience and training in turn-key services for the telecommunications industry.His areas of responsibility have included all aspects of building telecommunications network facilities including leasing, design, permitting, construction and review of environmental issues under the National Environmental Policy Act.
