   P. Jason Collins joined Diamond McCarthy in 2003. Jason is a trial attorney and a Certified Public Accountant who handles all types of complex commercial litigation with a special emphasis on financial fraud cases, insolvency disputes, international litigation, and business disputes.

   Jason received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation. He received his M.S. in Finance and B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude and as a Mays Business School Fellow. Jason was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and was a recipient of the Texas Society of CPA's Academic Achievement Award, which is awarded to the University's top accounting student.
   
   As a Certified Public Accountant, Jason has significant experience in public accounting focused on the audit, tax, and regulatory aspects of structured finance transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
   
   Jason is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American Bar Association, and the Austin Bar Association.
