   Over 22 years experience in mobile computing and pervasive technologies. Jim has extensive experience with all aspects of corporate management and operations pertaining to technology growth in pervasive computing companies. Previous experience includes the successful launch and fast growth to profitability of JAS Concepts, Inc. a middleware company providing software for over 10 years, where he was co-founder and President/CEO. Jim also served as VP of Mobile Computing at Cotelligent, managing all mobile consulting and product initiatives. Director of Mobile Computing for Dun and Bradstreet, where he pioneered one of the first PC based mobile client servers for field sales and mobile work forces using laptop and handheld computers. He started his career as managing director of Mobile Consulting for Whelan Associates, Inc. developing mobile infrastructure for Sun Oil Co., Richardson Vicks Pharmaceuticals and TVSM Satellite Cable Guide. Jim received his education in Business from Penn State University and in Engineering from Drexel University.

   Jim Collins is Cotelligent's Vice President of Mobile Technology. He served as Cotelligent's Director of Mobile Solutions when he joined the company in 2000. Mr. Collins has over twenty years experience in the data communications industry with a focus on mobile wire and wireless workforces.
   
   Prior to joining Cotelligent, Mr. Collins was President of JAS Concepts, a company he co-founded in 1992. Mr. Collins has also served as Director of Data Communications Systems for a division of Dun and Bradstreet where he was in charge of middleware development for Field Sales Information Systems.
   
   Jim attended Drexel University and Penn State University. He also played hockey with the American Hockey League. He and his wife spend much of their spare time working with mistreated and abused large exotic cats and are also active in their community for the preservation of wildlife and open land.
