   Princeton , WV - Henry Jackson Collins , Sr. , 78 , of 119 Robin Street in Princeton , died Monday , December 11 , 2000 in the V.A. Hospital in Beckley
   
   Born July 7 , 1922 in Premier , he was the son of the late Floyd Collins and Cora Dollyeye Collins. He was retired after working for 17 years in the Itman Mines and then eight years as an employee of the Princeton Elks Lodge.. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Princeton. He was also a member of the Princeton Elks Lodge # 1459 , Princeton Moose Lodge # 1521 and the V.F.W. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in World War II from 1941-1947. He moved to Princeton after serving in the U. S. Navy.
   
   Four brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
   
   Survivors include his wife , Dorothy Beryl Bailey Collins of Princeton , two daughters , Jeannie Hill and husband , Richard of Lerona and Beth Rosenquist and husband , Merv of Belews Creek , NC , two sons , Henry J. Collins , Jr. and wife , Judy of Springville , VA and Mark Collins and fiance , Tammy Robertson of Pearisburg , VA , 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
   
   Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Friday at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Paul Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
