   Ginja Collins Ms. Collins has more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and renewable fuels financing. She was previously Vice President Finance, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for VeraSun Energy Corporation from 2004 to 2007. As Vice President Finance, she led VeraSun's initial public offering of stock and listing on the New York Stock Exchange. She also managed its relationships with investors, lenders and financial advisors. She lead the effort to reorganize VeraSun into a corporate structure, securing corporate credit ratings and subsequent issuance of senior secured notes, as well as completing the debt and equity financing needed to construct VeraSun's first two ethanol production facilities. Prior to joining VeraSun, she was Vice President of Conifer Investments, LLC, where she focused on corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions for the energy and financial services sectors and venture investing in high tech start-up companies. Before joining Conifer in 1997, she worked as an analyst for U.S. Bancorp in asset and money management. Ms. Collins earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics and mathematics from Smith College.
