   Frank C. Collins, III - Founding Partner Frank Collins brings an excellent mix of government service and business know-how to NorthPoint Strategies and its clients. Frank's career has taken him through senior roles in the government, established him as a successful entrepreneur, and lifted him into the ranks of senior executive at a 475 million-dollar business.
   
   Frank has worked in various capacities in and around Washington, D.C. for the past three decades. His tenure on Capitol Hill includes serving on the legislative staff and as a District Director to a member of the House Armed Services Committee, and as Chief of Staff to a member of the House Appropriations Committee. He has also served as senior campaign advisor or campaign manager to a number of Congressional candidates.
   
   Frank also led an effort with the National Republican Congressional Committee's at the 1996 Republican convention where he was responsible for helping to raise over $1 million and coordinating arrangements for over 150 Members of Congress and other dignitaries.
   
   For the last several years, prior to founding NorthPoint Strategies, Frank served in dual roles as Senior Vice President of United States Marine Repair (USMR) and a Vice President of the Carlyle Management Group (CMG). It was during this time at USMR and CMG that Frank participated in several successful turnarounds in various industries.
