   WISE -- Nora Ellen Bennett Collins, 83, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003, at Norton Community Hospital, Norton. She was a member of the Bethel Chapel Church, Wise, charter member of Gladeville Chapter 171 Order of the Eastern Star, Wise, and was a retired employee of the Wise County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Collins; parents, John and Nellie Kilgore Bennett; brothers, Roy, Cossie, Burnice and Arthur Bennett; and sisters, Anna Belle Greene and Irene Patterson.
