   Dean Collins, director since 1998 Mr. Collins has been President of Cascade Wood Products, Inc. in White City, Oregon since 1978. Besides serving as a director for People's Bank of Commerce, his other commitments include: Chairman of Sweed Machinery, Inc., Gold Hill, Oregon, since 1986; Chairman of Western Cut Stock, Inc., White City, Oregon, since 1991; Chairman of C.W. Ohio, Conneaut, Ohio, since 1991; and Chairman of Turncraft Architectural, Inc., White City, Oregon, since 1995. Mr. Collins previously served as a member of the board of directors of Crater Bank, Central Point, Oregon, 1987-1992.
