Our head instructor, Curtis Collins, has been an ASA Instructor since 1994.Curtis has cruised and raced extensively in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Florida, and the Caribbean.He holds a USCG 50-Ton Masters License and is an ASA Instructor Evaluator.

Curtis' sailing experience covers a wide range of vessels from small dinghies to traditional sailing ships of over 200 feet and just about everything in between.

In 2001 Curtis began to fulfill his goal of devoting more time to sailing.He took a leave-of-absence from his role as a partner in a consulting firm and he and his wife Sandy left on their first extended cruise.
