   Curt Collins was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. He received his First Responder Certification through the TVEMS Academy in 1989. Curt then went on to expand his medical knowledge and attended an EMT-Basic and EMT-Intermediate class at Horay County Community College in Conway, South Carolina. Curt returned to the area and became a flight medic with the Air Ambulance in Cheyenne, WY. In 1995 Curt graduated from the Metro Fire Training Academy, and was hired with Littleton Fire Department. Then in 1998 he attended Paramedic School at Swedish Medical Center in Denver. Curt also joined the SWAT Paramedic Team at Littleton Fire. Curt's ambition for EMS helped him to be promoted to Lieutenant at Littleton in 2001. Curt enjoys spending time with his wife, Patricia and his two sons Alex and Travis. His Hobbies include fly fishing, golf and skiing.
