   Christopher Collins, '80, is the chief of police of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. He is the past president of the Lake County Association of Chiefs of Police and an active member of two other chiefs of police organizations. He is also and instructor at Kent State University and Lakeland Community College.
