   Charlie Collins, Vice President of Regional Electric Company Partner Management Charlie joined Allconnect in June 2000 as the Director of E-Commerce Relationships and currently holds the post of Vice President of Partner Operations, overseeing provider relationship and product management activities. Charlie brings over 17 years of experience in the development of corporate alliances in a variety of public and private industry roles. Before coming to Allconnect, Charlie was an internal management and technology consultant for Fairfax County, Virginia. Most recently, Charlie held the post of Director of Consulting in the Financial Services Practice of Metamor Industry Solutions where he managed sales and delivery of consulting services to a variety of clients including IBM and GE Capital. Charlie holds a Master in Public Administration and a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University.
