   Rev. Charles Collins II is the Chief Executive Officer of Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Services of Illinois located in Freeport, IL.

   Rev. Collins is also the Executive Secretary of the King Foundation. He has a long history in the social service field, starting his career in Chicago working with children at the "Off the Street Club." He has held positions as program director and administrator for several social service agencies in the Chicago area. In 1984 he was elected president of the NAACP Area Brand and in 1988 was hired as President/CEO of Martin Luther King Jr. Community Services of Illinois. Rev. Collins is a two-time member of the President's Drug Advisory Council Leadership Forum and has been a member of the Illinois Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse's General Assembly. He has served as a consultant for a variety of organizations and is an Appointee of the Governor of Illinois to the Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission.

   "I've got a $1.5 million investment, so one of two things is going to happen. Either we're going to get out of this or the fourth partner will be what? The IRS, won't it?" Collins said.
