She was a member of the Corporate Real Estate group at Ostendorf Morris Colliers and the Corporate Real Estate department of Progressive. Caroline began her career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden and Ernst & Young National in Cleveland. Her 15 years of consulting experience includes project management, benchmarking and business development.
   
   Ms. Collins assists principals and senior consultants in providing client services.    Ms. Collins received her BA in Mathematics from Smith College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and Erasmus Universitet, Nederlands.
