   Ms. Collins brings significant customer operations and IT leadership experience to the position along with an in-depth knowledge of the utility industry.
   
   Ms. Collins was most recently the Director, Business Systems Management for NSTAR Electric and Gas Company where she was responsible for delivering the business system needs of the corporation. Prior to joining NSTAR, she was Vice President of Systems Development for Boston Digital, a CRM software company. Before that, Ms. Collins was Vice President, Customer Services Delivery at Bay State Gas Company.
   
   Blue Cod delivers innovative solutions for the unique challenges faced by todays regulated, service industries, including service-oriented software products, business and management consulting and Managed IT Solutions for application management and hosting. While the company has focused almost exclusively in the insurance industry, in her new role, Ms. Collins will be responsible for expanding the company's offerings to other service industries beginning with utilities.
