   Singer/songwriter Carlton Collins is owner of Lakeshore Records, and co-owner of Shadow Lane Studios.
   
   Originally from a small town in southern Georgia, Carlton Collins moved to Nashville in 1977. He soon signed on as a writer with Conway Twitty's publishing company, Hello Darlin' Music.
