   Brian Collins is 29 years old. He lives on the Cavan Road. He commutes daily to Dublin where he works in the Institute of Public Administration. Brian secured the second Labour Party seat on Kells Town Council for the first time in almost twenty years. Brian is also the Staff Representative on the Board of the IPA, the first person to be elected to a second term as a Workers Director. Brian is a former Secretary of Kells Tidy Towns and a former Chairperson of the Kells Environment Group. He is presently Chairperson of the Kells Branch of the Labour Party and a member of the Arthritis Foundations National Strategy Group. He has recently secured election to the voluntary management committee of the Peoples Resource Centre in Kells.
