   Since the alliance was formed, offshore funds serviced in Dublin have grown from US$33 billion to over US$200 billion today. Alliance customers include: Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Nomura.
   
   This success with the alliance runs parallel with State Street's success in other parts of Europe. State Street has recently been appointed to service the accounts of Phillips Pension Fonds and ABP in Holland. State Street is also the largest offshore service provider for collective funds in the world.
