   William (Bill) Collins, Vice PresidentMr. Bill Collins, Director and Vice President, has more than 25 years experience in the marine community.His prior experience includes sea floor mapping supporting offshore oil and gas exploration.He worked for the South Pacific Applied Geoscience Commission, a UN sponsored coastal mapping organization.He was Canada's representative at the International Ocean Drilling Program science planning office.At Quester Tangent Mr. Collins has been lead on the introduction of acoustic seabed classification in the marketplace and was responsible for the $2M program of R&D resulting in the market leading sonar processing package now in use around the world.He has been a director of Quester Tangent since 2003.Mr Collins has a BSc and MSc from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is registered as a professional in the provinces of British Columbia and Newfoundland.
