He develops DecisionPath's capabilities for serving our clients, including identifying emerging needs in the BI field, formulating service offerings, and building consulting capabilities to deliver our services. Bill is involved with the ongoing refinement of our BI Pathway Method, and he leads selected client engagements. He has been an instructor for TDWI and has written articles for numerous publications, including APICS Magazine, DM Review, and TDWI Flashpoint.
