Bill Collins just does not have a way with women.Even though he tries to charm Rally, he stinks in the romance department.But that's not why he's an ATF Special Investigator.His real skill lies in investigation.

This time, however, he needs the help of the Gunsmith Cats to stop a major gun-running operation.Namely, he needs Rally to do business with Jonathon Washington so they can find out where the guns are.Just to make sure he got their full cooperation, he laid his cards on the table: Rally's lack of a Class 3 firearms license and May's violation of dangerous material handling laws.For that, he got the one-fingered salute from both of them.He also managed to uncover the Cats' stash at home, which finally forced the Cats to cooperate.

It's only later that he realizes just how deep and twisted the whole gun-running business is when he realizes that a hired assassin, a state senator, and HIS BOSS are all in on it.

Even though Rally insists on no interference, nothing's gonna stop Bill from investigating the matter himself.Though he does get himself in trouble several times, he does know how to handle a clutch situation and in fact saves Rally's life on multiple occasions (though Rally will never admit it).

The story starts out when they are roped into an investigation by Bill Collins, an ATF officer with a thing for Rally.

Well if you take a pistol packing vixen named Rally Vincent, and pair her up with the granade happy Minnie May Hopkins, and you added in a wanna be Elliot Ness ATF agent named William Collins, and you added in a female assassion to the mix, well you simply get Gunsmith Cats.

Follow the adventures of Rally and her sidekick Minnie May as Bill, an ATF agent, to help in a gun running investigation, forcibly enlists them.

In the ensuing gun battle the two, Rally and Bill, manage to save each other's lives and take out the bad guys.

Bill Collins and Natasha Radinov are often much more interesting than Rally or Mae, but they are presented in an "as is" basis only.

Rob Mungle does an excellent job as Bill, managing to sound very appropriate for the character type and face of his character.

It seems like a pretty easy job, until Bill Collins of the ATF appears.As it turns out, Washington isn't a drug dealer, but a gun smuggler.Bill tells the two ladies that he needs their help in finding out who Washington's supplier is.

The only voice I can,t stand is the American voice of Bill Collins, an agent of the ATF.He sounded a bit too girly for my part and it didn,t fit with his appearance.One thing to marvel about this anime is how detailed Sonoda goes into the city of Chicago.I am a fan of the Windy City and have visited it numerous times and I can actually point out places in the anime that I have drove through in real life.He keeps the theme of Chicago pretty authentic from the Chicago skyline, to its police cars, to the Chicago flag, to the Congress Parkway sign on the highway exit.
