HBIC are pleased to announce that Bill Collins has been appointed as Business Development Executive with effect from the 1st November. Bill brings with him vast experience in developing new companies including IP, funding, market profiles and working in sectors as diverse as risk management, vending, lifestyle, IT, Security, Marine and the environment.
Bill is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, sits on the Eastern Region council and is President of the South Essex Society of Chartered Accountants.
