   Barbara Heath Collins brings over 30 years of business experience in the banking, software, consulting, IT, and training markets. She also has over 15 years of presentation and facilitation skills, which cross a wide range of technical and professional training, seminars and workshops.
   
   Barbara is a Human Resource generalist and over the years has been involved in numerous HR and Payroll projects. Barbara has been in senior management for the last 14 years and as such as led many initiatives, projects and managed small and large teams.
   
   Barbara like so many has experienced that major impact on life and self of being in the job market due to downsizing/staff reductions. Through the experience of networking, creating resumes, interviewing and participating in many types of career seminars and workshops, such as Crossroads, Barbara is able to share and compare alternatives to how to get through the maze and on the road to success.
   
   Barbara is completing her BS in Business Administration, is a certified Human Resource Generalist, and has completed numerous training programs through professional and private institutions. Barbara is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRIM).
   
   From Mobile, Barbara moved to Atlanta in 1982, and lives in Gwinnett County. Barbara is married to Don and between them, they have two daughters. Our older daughter has also given us true blessing of a granddaughter, and our younger daughter, Spenser is in high school with all the adventures and challenges of those years. We are members of Snellville UMC, where we are all active in adult and youth related projects and activities. We love the mountains, the lake and traveling, and try to make one major International trip each year.
