   Michael has had over 30 years' experience in the mining industry in Australia and South Africa. He has worked in head office environments as an executive officer, and as a site manager in developing and producing mines.
   
   Since 1995, as a Director of North West Metals Pty Ltd (NWM), Michael has been associated with a number of major studies and mine developments, both for NWM and other clients. These include the Mount Farmer Tantalum Project, the development of the Radio Hill Mine for Titan Resources NL (which included the rehabilitation and recommissioning of the underground mine and plant), and the Panorama Copper Zinc Mine.
   
   Since 1990, as Principal of Thecia Pty Ltd, Michael has undertaken mining and economic studies, and detailed mine design and scheduling. Significant periods of time have also been spent on mine sites in managerial and supervisory capacities, including positions on the Board of two public companies.
