   Mr Jake Collinge, Planning and Urban Design Manager at Rectory Homes Ltd., addressed the Committee with regard to Planning Application No. 8072 (P06/E0364) - 16 Priest End.
   
   Speaking in support of the application, Mr Collinge stressed that the amended design took into consideration the concerns expressed by the Town Council, and followed the advice of the Planning and Conservation Officers. He hoped the Committee would agree that there had been a significant design improvement.
