   Graeme Collinge is a Partner of GENECON LLP, and is GENECON's lead advisor on regeneration delivery mechanisms, project business plans, Special Purpose Vehicles and financial appraisal. Graeme is a chartered planning and development surveyor and since the late 1990s, has worked on a variety of major projects for English Partnerships, Regional Development Agencies and Urban Regeneration Companies.
   
   Graeme has extensive experience of coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of economic appraisals, development strategy and establishing effective delivery structures. Specific project experience has included leading major projects for English Partnerships through the National Coalfields Programme, investment in canal and port restoration projects and preparing best practise guidance on issues such as the use of endowments as part of public sector exit mechanisms.
   
   In addition to advising on major brownfield reclamation issues, Graeme has played a lead role on a range of key economic and regeneration policy issues, including developing strategy for addressing key worker housing through the surplus NHS Estate and identifying new development and governance strategies for a number of ports on the North West coast. Graeme has also led GENECON's work in the assessment of key incubation projects focused on addressing the shortage of small business establishment and survival in key market growth sectors in South Yorkshire.
