   Dawn Collinge, Spectrum's clinical director of correctional treatment programs, was recently nominated, "Mental Health Counselor-of-the-Year" by the American Mental Health Counselors Association. The award was presented at the AMHCA Conference in Philadelphia in July.
   
   Ms. Collinge, MS, LPC, NCC, MAC, has more than 15 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health treatment. After joining Spectrum, Ms. Collinge first served as the State Director in Georgia for seven years. In this role, she was responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight to all correctional treatment programs in the state. Her expertise as a skilled clinician and experienced administrator has proven invaluable in Spectrum's development of new programs across the country.
