   Damian qualified in July 1999 and became a partner at Lee & Priestley on 1 September 2005. A large proportion of Damian's time is spent on corporate transactional work where he has worked on many of the firm's recent major transactions with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposal and merger of private companies both regionally and nationally.
   
   Damian also advises on a full range of company matters and commercial contract work and has particular expertise acting for businesses within the care sector.
   
   Damian is chairman of the firm's sports and social committee which organises events for the firm throughout the year.
