   --Richard Collin.Richard is Communications Director of the State Historical Society of North Dakota.In addition to general communications duties, he has coordinated projects with state agencies, including the Dept. of Tourism, Parks and Recreations and the Secretary of State's office.He has worked extensively in all aspects of media and communications, including serving as Communications Director for the Governor of North Dakota, Edward Schafer, serving as videoconference coordinating producer for NASA's Satellite Videoconference series "Update for Teachers", and as coordinating producer for two NASA International Space Year videoconferences, viewed by students and educators in 30 countries.He edited and republished Bloody Knife: Custer's Favorite Scout by the late Ben Innis, revised edition in third printing.He is also adjunct history professor at Bismarck State College.
