    Pip is Inspire's Policy Manager and has been working with Inspire since 2002.She has a double BA (Honours) in Social Science and International Studies and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney.Her research looks at the impact of youth participation policies on organisational practise and young people's experiences of participation.In addition to researching and writing she loves to conduct workshops with young people and feels privileged to have spent the last few years developing skills workshops in conjunction with Reach Out!Youth Ambassadors, corporate and community partners.She has been involved with the UNSW Scientia Program for gifted high school students and facilitated the young delegates' program at the 15th Congress of the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect.She adores meat pies, good times, anywhere you can get to on a bike, and generally runs on the belief that happiness is a journey - not a destination.
