Colglazier farms with her husband, Tim, and family in northwest Chase County and southwest Perkins County.Besides hard red winter wheat, the Colglazier operation also grows dryland proso millet and corn.

Colglazier earned her bachelors of agronomy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004 and is currently pursuing her masters of agronomy online.Along with being a member of the Nebraska Wheat Growers Association, she also serves as treasurer for the Perkins County Community Foundation.
