Jennifer Coles training career is highlighted with Fortune 500 companies that include American Express and Rogers Cable. With a Masters in Education Jennifer develops classroom based and e-learning programs to meet the unique needs of learners in both the private and public sectors. Throughout her career she has managed successful training projects consistently achieving both cost savings for the company and meeting aggressive timelines. Jennifer has completed Advanced Certificates in both Human Resources and Project Management and she brings this expertise together in the Project Management for Training Professionals learning session.

CSTD York Region is pleased to welcome Jennifer Coles M. Ed of Pathways Education Services to deliver this upcoming session. Jennifer is a seasoned learning professional with a strong background in project planning and management. Jennifer's career successes include being a Manager for several fortune 500 companies including American Express, Rogers Cable and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. Through Pathways Education Services, Jennifer has also developed curriculum and facilitated training sessions for a number of companies within both the private and public sector. Jennifer holds her M. Ed focused on computer assisted instruction. In addition she hold her B. Ed in Adult Education, an Advanced Certificate in HR Management (Rotman School of Business) and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management (U of T).
