In January of 2003 Jay Joined The Wallick Companies as a Vice President for Partnership Equities, Inc. and is responsible for expanding our development efforts throughout the Southeast.After a 20 year career in marketing and advertising Jay followed his passion for affordable housing and construction and in 1998 became the Executive Director of a South Carolina based Habitat for Humanity affiliate.In 1999 Jay joined United Housing Associates, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit housing development organization as a project developer.In November of 2001 Jay was named President of United Housing Associates, Inc. where he managed a portfolio of over 1,100 units of affordable housing and a 99 bed nursing home facility.Jay continues to serve United Housing Associates, Inc. as a member of its Board of Directors.
