Nathan Cohen joined Baldwin Brothers in 2006 as an associate broker after serving as Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Alliance Commercial Division.In 2005, in his first full year in that capacity, Nathan led his division to reach sales of 30 million dollars - a 1000% increase over the previous year.Before entering the commercial real estate industry Nathan worked in the golf industry where he and two others most notably developed a custom sales process for a new original equipment manufacturer.Leveraging this custom process, the trio was able to introduce an unknown brand to a notoriously brand conscious industry and amass a remarkable 2,000 accounts in just two years.Nathan is a member of the Indianapolis Commercial Board of Realtors.
